The first step in the dental practice’s marketing strategy was the renewal of the brand identity and the development of a detailed storytelling, in line with the new concept “Your trusted dentists”, referring to the professionals to turn to with confidence for any dental issue. We emphasized the couple of doctors, Dr. Montorsi and Dr. D’Andria, in our communication, giving prominence to the staff of collaborators, company values, and the extensive technological equipment of the practice.

The structure of the new website is simple and intuitive, highlighting the strengths of the practice and conveying the comprehensiveness of the dental service to users. A substantial section was dedicated to the “Tooth Fairy,” Dr. Elena D’Andria, who helps young patients overcome the fear of the dentist. We also took care of the styling and art direction of the photo service, the creation of a visual format, and an icon system that visually expresses services and communication key points, also extended offline through coordinated graphic design on informative brochures.

The content, developed in collaboration with the dentists, strengthened the Facebook and Instagram social media marketing activities, with varied editorial plans and content targeting patients of all ages.
